Bug About the permalink

Dear, wp team,
i was install wordpress 3.6.1 in 2 different laptop. and the problem about the permalink if select Default link is select then page and post Display proper(https://localhost/yash/wordpress/?p=123) but just i have to change the link for (Post name https://localhost/yash/wordpress/sample-post/) then page and post not display and 404 page display..
