    Hi there,

after the 4.1.0 update the credit card fields (numbers, expriry date, cvc) cannot be selected or filled in anymore. Also, the fields appear somewhat smaller. When switching to the “stripe popup checkout option” instead, nothing happens – the popup simply does not open.

When switching back to an older version of this plugin, everything works perfectly again.

Do you know what may cause this?

    Thanks for your help.

That usually means you have JS errors. What version did you mean by “older”?

Hi there! Do you know what causes these JS errors? The plugin is now running on version 4.0.7

Hard to say unless you provide more information or perhaps link to your site.

I had the same problem so I went back to 4.0.7 and it works. I can see 4.1.0 has bugs, please do a update and release 4.1.1. I had 300 people trying to buy our products but they cannot fill out the credit card form so I knew the 4.1.0 had bugs so I went back to 4.0.7

    Thanks

I have the exact same issue… Had to roll back to 4.0.7 on a few sites.

I have the exact same issue.

    I use beaver builder.

Havent rolled back as I’m concerned its been a little bit unstable since, had to leave PayPal only as the payment option.

If anyone finds a fix, do post it pls.

is anyone else using beaver builder?

I have ran a conflicts test and couldnt narrow it to a single plugin. But didnt change theme or disabled beaver builder.

development. Its been narrowed to fast velocity minify.

It seems that 4.1 has some js strings which are stripped by this plugin.

However, without minification our website is going to be slower.

@mlunadia there is no need to minify anything for Stripe as it is already minified. So perhaps you can select not to minify certain files within that plugin?

@royho thanks, I do have the option to create an ignore list for CSS and JS strings on fast velocity minify. D

o you know what would the actual paths to include in the ignore list?

    Hello guys,

I noticed that the bug on my site was caused by the following plugin:

“Remove Query Strings From Static Resources”
    wordpress. org/plugins/remove-query-strings-littlebizzy/

When deactiviting this plugin, the woocommerce stripe checkout works perfectly again. Interestingly enough, this did not cause any troubles with prior 1.0-versions.

    Hey Ryter8,

Glad you found the problem. I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
