Bug all time

I had a horse drawn brute with your plugin, when my site is opened from the desktop, everything is fine, but when you open a Tablet, Phone or any devices, the plugin does not allow to open the web page correctly, so I feel testing to see if it was my Theme, I added another site that I have with WordPress, and gives me the same error, please if you could help me as soon as possible
