As of a few months ago, all animated content (using Elementor Pro) won’t display at all while TranslatePress is activated. I have done the normal troubleshooting (clearing cache, and the 1 by 1 settings in TranslatePress troubleshooting) but with no success.

I’ve seen a couple people posting this problem; it seems like it is a bug that the mods are aware of, but so far, no real timeline has been given. Any update on this?

Presently, I’m having to choose between disabling all my animated content, or disabling the second language, so it’s definitely not going to work long term.

Interestingly, when I rollback to Elementor Pro 3.0.10, there is no issue. I’m going to stay there until Translate Press is able to squash this bug.

    Hello there,

What animated elements are you referring to?

One of them seems to be the animated headline. I tested it and it seems to work with the options I set, so please let me know exactly what settings you used that resulted in it not working.

Besides that one, please let me know what other animated elements don’t work properly on your side.

    Best regards,
    Cristian

Actually, I believe there was no problem with the animated headline. It appears to be anything that I have set a motion effect on. Many of my images (and headings as well) have ‘entry’ animations set on them. With the latest version of Elementor Pro, none of these images/headings show. If I disable translatePress, they reappear. I have since rolled back the changes, and am using an older version of Elementor Pro, which seems to have no conflict with TranslatePress. There have been several people who have mentioned this same bug, and supposedly the support team “is aware of the issue.”

Any insights on a bug fix timeline?

    Hello,

Are those the “entry” animations you are referring to https://elementor.com/help/entrance-animations/ ?

I tested them on images, text and even on the animated headline and everything seems to work properly.

What we are aware of is an issue related to the animated widgets that happened on a certain setup, but it wasn’t reproduced on a clean instance.

    Best regards,
    Cristian
