Bug Applying own coupon to checkout

Hi,

If I uncheck Allow affiliate user to apply their own coupon code at cart / checkout in fraud section, the affiliate can`t apply the coupon, BUT if he uses his own url the coupon is applied automatically and the checkout applies the discount, the option to apply the coupon automatically is enabled because is needed.
