I thought maybe this was a theme issue, but now that I’ve tried Forminator with a few different themes, I can see it has the same problem with most. The backend dropdown menus are poorly styled, with a transparent background, so the options in the dropdown get lost among what is behind them. It’s nearly impossible to see the dropdown list.

For example, if you’re looking at the Forminator/Submissions page in the backend, and click on “Forms”, the dropdown list comes down, showing “Forms, Polls, Quizzes” — but it’s very hard to read, as you see what’s behind it. Please update the plugin to fix this issue. Thanks!

    Hi @jamminjames,

I hope you are doing well!

    I suggest trying the followings first;

    Check for plugin/theme conflicts
This problem may be caused by a conflict with one or more of your other plugins. You can test this by deactivating all your other plugins and switching to WordPress default theme like and see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, re-activate them one at a time and check each time if the problem is back. This will help you identify which plugin is causing the issue.

    Clear your caches
Browsers and servers storing older versions of the webpage can cause issues. Make sure to clear both the browser cache and server-side cache, if any. If your site uses a caching plugin or service, be sure to clear the cache there as well.

Ensure you’re using the latest version of Forminator
Make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin to benefit from all the latest improvements and fixes.

If none of the above helps, please share an export of the form with us and the link to the form page, so that we can check further. Please also include Site Health report which you can get from the WordPress admin dashboard Tools->Site Health->Info->Copy site info to clipboard. If you are not able to do that we would at least need your versions of PHP, WordPress, and the active theme (with name)

You can find more info on how to export the form here : https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

After exporting, please share the code using a services such as https://pastebin.com or https://justpaste.it/ which is free to use.

Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

    Kind regards,
    Zafer

Thanks for the quick reply. Turns out, it’s the Paid Memberships Pro plugin that is conflicting. I should have done the plugin test first, sorry about that, but I thought that since it was happening on two different websites with two different themes, that it was likely your plugin’s problem.

How can I address this conflict?

    Hi @jamminjames

I hope you are doing well.

I couldn’t find any report for Paid Memberships Pro, but I remember in the past some plugins caused issues because they would be loading their styles and select2 library across the WP Dash instead of just in specific pages.

Could you please send an email to:
