    In step 3 the email box is filled with my username. When trying to complete step 3, it fails because there is no email address in the box. I am not able to change it as it’s greyed out.

    Hi @daveverzijl, thanks for reaching out and apologies for the hassle. We’re not exactly sure where this incomplete “email address” is being pulled from. Unfortunately we’re unable to recreate the behavior in our staging environment. By chance is this a staging server or a dev store? Any extra info. is appreciated.

    Regardless, we’ve patched this in the next version (v2.7.7) so this won’t be an issue in the future. You’re welcome to try things out if you need a fix sooner rather than later, but please be aware that it is not an official release and make the necessary backups before installing.

    We do not have a formal release date yet for the updated version of the plugin.
