Bug: Cannot approve posts with Version 3.21.0

    Today the plugin update broke my website, with version 3.21.0.
    I cannot approve posts anymore. When I do it, I am landing on my start page and the post is NOT approved. Instead, a new submission of myself gets created.

    Therefore, version 3.21.0 is basically not functional.
    Version 3.20.12 is still working fine.

    Sorry I got to say this now, this plugin broke my website so many times, why is there no testing?
    Shouldn’t at least be tested if the submission/approval works, before releasing a new update?

    I apologize for this bug. We fixed this issue and added the submissions approval feature to the list of tests that we perform before any release.

    This won’t happen again.

    Unfortunately, the bug has not been fixed in Version 3.21.1.

    Now, after approving a post, I no longer land on the start page, but the post is not created either.

    The backend shows ‘approved’ in the submissions, but it doesn’t appear …

    I hope updating to version 3.21.2 helps fix this issue.
