This plugin has two popup window options. The basic window contains several formatting issues. We, like everyone else are forced to use the modern info window option. This one works a little better as long as you hard code the box using html. Every address has to be done by hand to ensure proper formatting. Using the preformatted areas for address and telephone result in formatting errors. We have 26 lines of code per address in order to correct the info window formatting. VERY frustrating when you are trying to manage 1000 locations.

You can only imagine how complicated this plugin is to work with when you need to hard code 1000 addresses.

The issue is the modern info(popup) window cannot be closed once open. Its missing a basic X close icon option. This makes the application worthless on mobile devices. The window pops up on top of other icons and addresses. It cannot be closed so the user can click another map icon.

This bug was first reported on the developer site on 7-13-2015. Responses include. It will be fixed in the next update, no eta on the repair and “should be available in two” I assume weeks.

This is being posted on this forum and not the developer site because of the lack of support and heavy moderation. It has taken several days just to get your post approved let alone a response. Support is VERY lacking for a $50 plugin.
