BUG Cannot reactivate after snippet error

    Hi, I cannot reactivate snippet after I made syntax error. Also none of snippets are displayed in main menu. It happened twice, I had to remove snippet folder and start again. I attached index.php.
    Please let me know how to fix it, I have no time to reinstall again. Thank you!
