[BUG] Can’t select any whitelist payment gateway

Thanks for trying out the plugin.
Does it work for English?

Anyway, please try to debug the issue by switching back to one of the default WP themes and deactivating other plugins than “Woocommerce” and this plugin.
I suspect there might be a conflict issue with other plugins or themes.

Thanks for your response. It has nothing to do with the back end language. Tested it. On the staging its the same issue with deactivated plugins. For a barley second when one refreshes the plugin settings page you can see entries for the drop down menus form of the other settings like (customer whitelist). But the payment dropdown form is empty. So there must be an issue fetching the gateways.

So issue remains.

Please switch back to the default theme and check for the issue.

It is very unlikely that this plugin is having the issue within. If it were, there would have been other issue reports already. Plus, I checked it on many testing sites and it is working everywhere.

Note: Only enabled payment gateways will be available for whitelisting payment gateways options. So, please double check if you have disabled all payment gateways of any WP filters hook is disabling them.

Thanks for your response. Please believe me what I already said. I did all of that. Theme and plugins off but Woo. I’m not sure why I need to explain myself here…

The drop down form of the gateways is empty. There is a problem fetching the ACTIVE gateways. Beside all of that. The used theme has no such influence on the back end interface of the admin..

//EDIT: This is definitively that this plugin has problems fetching the gateways correctly. I installed Strip gateway just for testing and now their credit cards gateway appears. My main gateways are still missing:
Direct bank transfer
Cash on delivery
nowpayments.io
Cash on pickup
YITH Paypal Express Checkout

Since I haven’t received any further information about this issue, I am marking this thread as solved.

Hey there, so with the new version 2.5 it is still no gateway visible in that dropdown.
