    Hi, we have found 2 bugs with your carousel module when we are on mobile screen (same bug on your demo website).
    1) We can’t slide through item, its slide just once and bug just after.
    2) When we add arrow navigation, by default arrow are on left and right and its broke the template.
    I repeat, the issue is the same on your demo site; just use dev panel on your browser and select a mobile device, you will see the issue.

    We told you that we got the issue and also solved it on our server.
    Please don’t worry about this.
    We check the carousel and it’s working well on our server. And the carousel is the PRO feature, so you should grab the pro help from us.
    We wish you got our point. We have another help zone for our PRO users.

    You told us that you are using 5.6.0. It’s a very old version – 5.6.0 [22th November 2020]
    You are right, the problem was in 5.6.0 and we fixed the issue on the next update.
    Here is the next changelog –
    ## 5.6.1 [2nd December 2020]
    – Slide To Scroll issue fixed all carousel type widgets

    And one more important thing, right now Element Pack on ## 5.14.1 [23th November 2021]
    Please use the latest version to fix the issue.
    I hope, you understand.
    There is no issue in our recent version.
    And you are using the Pro version and taking support on the Free version, it’s completely against the Rule of WordPress. Please follow this, it would be great for everyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
