• Bug caused payment issue with Authorize.net when using a coupon. Can’t ever trust them or recommend them, huge loss in revenue that took a long time to figure out.

    I wrote to customer support, as a paying customer, days ago, asking to cancel my account and telling about the bug. Nobody got back to me. But I leave a 1 star review and I get an instant response. Very disappointing…

    Please check your mailbox (its not under this email) and get back to a customer regarding a bug and asking for the cancel.
