Bug / conflict between Gravityforms and WP fastest cache

Hi hi,

Since a while I have deactivated de plugin WP fastest cache because there is a conflict between this plugin and Gravity forms.

When the plugin is activated than de complete gform dissappears from the page. Custumers can not book then… Some forms are still on other pages and others dissappear.

When I noticed that the form was missing, i deactivated all plugins en activated one by one. That is how I discovered it.

Hope you can help me solve the problem and I can use the plugin again.
