Thanks for your message, how we can understand that our plugin is conflicting woocommerce plugin. This is the first issue that our lite version conflicting with woocommerce plugin. Somehow it’s may happen that doesn’t matter. To solve this problem you have to help us by sharing your site access. Please send a support ticket and co-operate us.

I already tested that your plugin is conflicted with WooCommerce you can test it on your own by just install a fresh installation of WordPress, WooCommerce, and this plugin.

And I am sorry I can’t create a support ticket because I’m using the free version of this plugin and I can’t share the website access.

Thank you for your reply. I tried a fresh latest installation of WordPress with WooCommerce, Elementor, and this plugin but sad to say the issue is still there

I logged in as Shop Manager.

I also test same to same process as like you.

You need to fix this.

The same problem is happening to me.
I did a clean install of wordpress, woocommerce, elementor and element pack. I didn’t install any themes, I tested with the default themes.

When I activate the element pack, logged in as a shop manager, the marketing menu disappears.
