Hello, I have been recently getting this error when checking out with Woocommerce PayPal payments. We click on the PayPal smart button “Pay with PayPal” and complete the log in and press pay, but once this is done, we get the error: Could not retrieve order. This browser may not be supported. Please try again with a different browser.

Looking at the PayPal logs, we get this-->

We are actually clicking on the PayPal smart button and completing the checkout process. It’s just that this error comes up after we make payment on PayPal’s end, and the payment closes and this error message comes up on the browser. We are using the latest Chrome version.

    Hello @forwarddigital

You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts
Please let us know how this works out for you.

    Regards,
    Femi.
