Bug: Crop not generated if ratio the same

First of all thanks very much for taking up and maintaining this plugin. It works really well and the new crop library is a lot better.

I have noticed that while using the Pixel Size option, when I upload an image which is the same ratio, but larger than the Aspect Ratio Crop Size then the crop does not actually happen. Instead the original image is referenced.

E.g. my Pixel Size Aspect Ratio Crop size is 2560 width and 1440 height.

If I upload an image which is larger than normal and crop into it, then a 2560 x 1440 crop is generated. However if I upload a 3840 x 2560 image (same ratio) and keep the crop to 100%, when I click Crop the 2560 x 1440 crop size is not created and the large original image is referenced when I do get_field. If I crop into the image very slightly then it works as expected.

Ideally the 2560 x 1440 crop should be created even if the larger image matches the aspect ratio of the Pixel Size crop.
