BUG – Deleting one event schedule delete other events accidently

    Hi Support,

    When I remove/edit one event – it automatically make changes in other events too…

    For example if I try to remove MON – Body Attack 12:15pm event from here – https://www.universalfitnessgroup.com.au/timetable/

    When I do that it has also make below changes:

    removed TUE 12:15PM Body Pump event
    removed THUR 12:15PM Body Combat event
    removed THUR 4:30PM Barre event

    This delete has also removed middle row from Functional Training classes (this has removed Solder crossing, Iron Warrior, T.G.I.O, The Intensifier and HIIT afternoon classes)

    To make sure other classes don’t get changed, after this delete opertaion I need to manually open each impacted event and add event schedules again that was accidentally get deleted due to bug.

    Can you please investigate the issue further?

    Thank you for your question. Could you clarify if our delete/edit Event (post) or timeslot of the event? Could you specify the exact steps to replicate the issue? Is that specific Event/timeslot or any one?

    Thanks for your reply.
    I have issue when I edit/delete timeslot of the event.
    Most likely based on my test, I strongly feel that issue definitely happens when I try delete/edit for event called “Body Attack”.

    I have recorded video previously that I am happy to share with you, this will shade some light on the issue.

    Let me know how to share video file.

    I have tested it on my end and was unable to replicate the same behavior. If you provide me with the video of the issue you are facing, it would be much appreciated. Any online file sharing service would be fine, e.g. DropBox, DropMeFiles etc.

    Here you can see that I am trying to just delete “Body Attck” for Monday 12:30pm and as a result below events also impacted:

    1) TUE – 12:15 PM Body Pump deleted
    2) TUE – 1PM Pilates deleted
    3) All three THUR classes are deleted (Body Cpmbat, Boxing, Barre)
    4) All middle row classes for Functional Training are also got deleted

    Let me know if you need any other information.

    Thank you for provided video, it is much appreciated.
    I was able to indicate the issue, however, was still unable to replicate it on my environment. At this point, I would ask that you submit a request at: https://support.motopress.com/hc/en-us/requests/new providing access credentials to your WordPress dashboard. You may create temporary access and remove it once I finish working on the issue.
