BUG: Doesn’t mark as read when shortcode is used

Using shotcode in custom post types do not mark “terms” as readed and pops allways.

Reproduce BUG:
1) Create new “Terms”
2) Set a page to show “terms” using integrated config.
3) Use shortcode in a custom post type text (or using php “do_shortcode” function in template)
4) Log out and navigate to various posts of post type in 3. Terms Pop Up allways show
5) Navigate to page of step 2: Terms Pop Up shows (but for the last time because now is marked as read)
6) Navigate either to post type step 3 or again to page step 2 and TERMS won′t pop up any more.

CONCLUSION: Terms pop up only is marked as readed when you navigate to page created in step 2 (set using integrated plugin confid, none shorcode)
