Bug: Duplicate existing form does not copy email and form settings

Something I noticed a while ago, but seems to be still not fixed. If I duplicate a form, it will copy everything, including the settings, except for everything in the “Email” and “Form Settings” tab. All those settings are lost and need to be set again manually. This happens to me in multiple versions of caldera forms, currently it happens with 1.5.6.1 running on WordPress 4.8.2.
