bug: duplicated advertising on sub forums

Hi,
(last version of the plugin and bbpress)

* It shows duplicated advertising on sub-forums, both on “Forum->Header” and “Forum->Footer”. It doesn’t matter if the first element is a Category or a Forum, the subsequent forums got the 2x ads.
Topics are fine.

* Is there any way I can use php or shortcodes in the adds?

Thanks for the bug report, I will have a go at reproducing point 1.

Point 2 will be included in next release.
