BUG: Extra Slashes in Cache File

Using Disk:enhanced, I get this error on my homepage using:
You don't have permission to access /wp-content/w3tc/pgcache///_index.html_gzip on this server.my server is very strict about not using extra slashes in a file’s path so I believe that is what is causing the error.
