[BUG] Footer Menu Consent Class Not Working

I have added the “wpgdprc-consents-settings-link” class to a menu item in the Header Menu and in the Footer Menu. While in the header menu it works properly showing the Consent popup, in the footer menu it does not work. When I click the menu item with the custom class “wpgdprc-consents-settings-link” the page links to the top, and it does not show the Consent Popup.

I have set a CUSTOM LINK with a “#” as URL, and “wpgdprc-consents-settings-link” as the CSS Classes.
For the Header menu this custom link item was an 2nd level option within a primary menu, for the Footer menu it was the top level menu.

I’m using the Cherry Framework Theme.
