bug: Footnotes triggered in comments cause problmes

Hello dear Footnotes Made Easy team. Thanks for the great plugin, have been using a loooong time. So far so good. Only recently I found an interesting bug.

I’m using WPDisquz plugin for commenting system + Footnotes Made Easy for footnotes in my posts.

On my website footnote triggers when I use double parentheses (( and closing )) , so it can be triggered inside comments distroying all styling of following comments.

Guys from WPDisquz found this problem here. But I fixed the bug on my website, so can’t show you the live bug anymore.

I hope you can fix and disable footnotes inside comments.
