Bug found in latest PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin

  • seems the PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin is not including the shipping costs in the pdf invoices sent via email. however the email receipt itself does show and calculate the shipping cost. Only the pdf file is missing the shipping cost.

    Got some screen shots if you need them.

    Hi! Is this with the default (free) “Simple” template? This template uses the same functions for displaying the order totals as the email, so if they are not the same, that’s quite strange indeed. Is this a regular WooCommerce Shipping method or a third party shipping method (added with a plugin)?
    Screenshots may help identify the problem too (you can use a service like imgur.com to upload the images).

    It looks like this template has been customized: Our plugin does not list ‘Shipping tax’ separately. I recommend contacting the person that made these customizations for you, as their may be an error in their calculations. Switching back to the Simple template should also resolve the issue (assuming they didn’t modify the internal plugin templates)

    Nice try, but no. No one has modified your plugin or template. I am the only person with that access and it’s simply beyond my knowledge and ability to do that.

    In that case it’s probably be a plugin that is modifying the output – as I said ‘shipping tax’ is not part of the default PDF output of the simple template… I have no other explanation for why that would be in the totals otherwise (and why the shipping cost is shown as 0.00). I also see that the invoice has been renamed to “Store invoice”, so some customizations are certainly in place.
    Are you certain no customizations have been made whatsoever?
