• I found a verified bug in the plugin almost immediately. The support team did fix it, but it took just under a month. I’ve been using it since, but now I’m chasing another bug—some users reporting that clicking the Activation Link that is emailed results in a “Something went wrong” message. The plugin would be fantastic if it worked, but my experience so far has been a bit troublesome. Support team, despite being slow, is competent…although it’s unfortunate to have to install an “AyeCode” plugin in order to get support. I may amend my review depending on my experience with future bugs.

    Hi @deralict,

I just had a look at your support ticket and I’m really sorry about that. Definitely sub-standard. We normally pride ourselves on giving a lot faster support and I can clearly see that we dropped the ball with you.

That said, I can’t find a ticket from you about the second problem you are referring too. Activation Link that is emailed results in a “Something went wrong” message. Was the ticket opened with a different email address?

About the AyeCode Connect plugin, it is not mandatory to get support. It’s only if you wish to access the support beacon and docs from within your site. We also use it to expedite the diagnostic of bugs and to manage your add-on licenses for automatic updates.

There is nothing that can’t be done without it though.

Let me know about the new bug and I’ll make sure it doesn’t take a month to fix it.

    Thanks
