Additionally, is there any common factor among these orders, such as the payment method, specific products, or customer address?

Are the sites you manage hosted on the same server, or are they on different servers?

Attached screenshot of duplicated notes. The system is also sending duplicate New Order emails.

Payment method is Stripe, using most recent version.

Sites are on different servers, no other common factor, other than WP and Woo and Stripe!
