Bug: hierarchies do not work in Query Multiple Taxonomies

I have resolved whit multiple category plugin

I am also unable to get indented child categories. Everything comes up in one big list. I am running WP 3.4.2. On the zeeBusiness theme.

I’m unable to provide a link to my blog because it is run on a private corporate intranet.

I was playing around with the checkbox-item.html file and was only able to mess with the spacing. Indenting doesn’t work. I also do not have any hierarchy when I choose “lists”
