BUG: If using a watermark that actually validates, CF7 incorrectly submits!

If you have a field with a watermark that passes validation, it will submit the form and pass without an issue. This is a bug!
Example:
[email* email-139 id:emailNotify class:emailNotify watermark “[email protected]”]
Since the watermark is there by default, it should be rejected (and treated as an empty field).
