Bug: Image Picker “Add” Options

when I click the “+” button to add another image option to the image picker, it seems to only use the standard option. There’s no opportunity for me to select the picture to go with it.

If I start typing in the label, it shows me a spot to click the image, but breaks. However, if I save the form and come back to it, I can fill in images.
