Bug! Image resizer

    Hi,

    Firstly I’m using ClassiPress theme. If i logged in as admin everything works normally, but for contributors (if this plugin enabled) uploaded post images cropped to 96×96. exactly same dimension is for avatars in plugin settings. So i think, that this plugin is messing up wp image uploader for contributors…

  • There is a setting “Resize avatars on upload” for Contributors & Subscribers. Do you have this enabled?

    Hmmm.. But it’s “Resize avatars on upload”

    I’m a little confused.. Why it resizes everything else, if indicated only avatars ? I want avatars to be resized & cropped but not all other images uploaded through theme…

    Since Contributors can’t upload files by default, I hadn’t thought of a scenario where they would be uploading images that weren’t intended to be used as avatars. So, yes, you’re correct; my plugin will resize any image that Contributors upload if “Resize avatars on upload” is enabled. I’ll have to change it to only affect only images uploaded through my plugin.

    I’ve included a fix in version 1.6.6 of the plugin. Let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
