Bug in 4.8

When I navigate to any post detail page (default or custom post types), I see an error across the top of the screen regarding the class-wp-http-requests-response.php file in wp-includes on line 179. The error reads that “urldecode() expects parameter 1 to be string”. As far as I can tell, it is not preventing me from making changes on the page.
