    When we select the option visible, but no checked by default it still checks the box in the checkout by default. We switched to default theme and no other plugins activated. Is this a know bug?

    Hi there, thanks for getting in touch and providing those details. Unfortunately, we cannot recreate the scenario being described with our testing. With that particular scenario things work as expected on our end with those settings: https://a.cl.ly/4guNwdGk

    A couple of follow-up questions for you:

    • What version of the plugin are you using?
    • Could you share a screencast of the issue if the above is different from what you’re seeing?
    • Are there any caching services running at the server level?

    Hi @keeslamper, thank you for your patience while we conducted further research. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that this was not a bug, but rather a reflection of your logged-in user’s subscription status preference, as demonstrated in the Loom video. If you wish to test the setting you selected as a guest, you can log out and proceed to checkout as a regular guest. For additional assurance, you may consider resetting your cookies or using an incognito window.
