    Namaste ??

In new version 8.1.0 there is some kind of bug. When creating new order in admin and trying to select order state, the line where cursor is placed, is whitened including name of state. So it appears like invisible. In version 8.0.3 there was everything OK.

  • Having the same issue after upgrading to version 8.1.0

I updated from woocommerce 8.0.3 to 8.1.1. I have several sites with woocommerce and in all of them the dropdown to change the order status, but also the dropdown to select the products for a new order from the dashboard, they work like this, with the items running away. It’s a really annoying problem.

    Hi @samuel222

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue. I replicated this on my end, and the case did not happen. @gdm57 Can you both try performing a conflict test? You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

If the issue persists, for us to better understand your site’s current environment, please share with us the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

    Looking forward to your response!

In my case, is the plugin Disable Bloat for WordPress & WooCommerce by Disable Bloat that created the problem: once this plugin was disabled, everything went fine.

Too bad, because the new woocommerce Admin is really annoying.

We’ll see which of the two is more annoying…

    Thank you

I can also confirm by disabling “ Disable Bloat for WordPress & WooCommerce” resolve the dropdown issues. Hopefully a fix will be in the next update.

Thank you all. I disabled “Disable Bloat for Woocommerce” and discovered, that maybe Woocommerce analytics are amazing. It seemed to me that this feature used to slow down Woocommerce, but now I don’t feel that way.
