Bug: In-form “add related post” submission fails on newer versions

Hi,

This problem occurs in a front-end form with Elementor when you have an ACF Relationship field with the “allow new items to be created” option set up.

When you click “add item”, the modal pops up correctly, but when it is submitted, the related post is not added to the options in the current form. (it is created, but requires a refresh/loss of current form).

Based on another post in this forum, I rolled back to version 3.4.1, and the functionality resumes working.
