Bug in Ocean Extra – Customizer only loads widgets

  • Hi there,

    as requested I updated my Theme to 2.1.0 and the Plugin Version is 1.7.6. The error still persists with the following error message in the Console. When starting the customizer, only widgets load.
    Here is the console error message:

    Customizer works perfectly, when disabling Ocean Extra

    What other information do you need?

    Hello,

    For the testing, please try to disable your cache/CDN plugins and check if you are facing the same error in the console or not.

    I get the same issue when using the customizer and only widgets is displayed.
    If I disable this plugin (which I can’t since I’ll lose the pro features), customizer works.

    Hello,

    thank you so much for sharing the details.
    Checked but not getting any causes here.
    Kindly open a ticket at the helpdesk and share the debug log to troubleshoot the issue.

    If any one else is experiencing this, I found this post and after renaming the following, customizer now loads.

    ..common\vendor\tribe-selectWoo\dist\js\selectWoo.full.js → selectWoo.full.js.old
    ..common\vendor\tribe-selectWoo\dist\js\selectWoo.full.min.js → selectWoo.full.min.js.old
