Only after logging in I am getting the issue,

It’s going away, if I disable the SVG from Customize > General Options > Theme Icons https://prnt.sc/14uwndu

    Hi all ,
I have a problem with the “customize” tab in the backend, I just see “widget” item.
If i disable Ocean extra or Woocommerce, I can see all menu items… (ocean extra 1.7.6) (woo 5.4)

Hope you can fix this, have a nice day

    Hello,

Please navigate to Customize > General Options > Theme Icons and select Font Awesome, then publish changes.
After that, go to Theme Panel > Scripts and Styles, hit the save button a couple of times, and try using the new icon style (if you want to). Let me know if this worked out for you.

And kindly ask respected moderators to remove the login details, because it is against the forum rule to share any login credentials.

Not worked. I disabled it from the customizer to get rid of it.

Glad to hear that issue has been resolved.

Hey, I have the exact same bug as @mp1401. Customizer only shows “Widgets”.

Funny thing is, if you enable the plugin and use the cached, functioning version of the customizer, you can work with it. Reloading the page with a cleared cache breaks the customizer again.

The error message is as follows, no error message in my webserver error log:

    Uncaught Error: No select2/compat/dropdownCss

        jQuery 2

I tried your solution with changing the Icons and hitting save multiple times, but that did not help.

Would you be so kind and fix the plugin?

    Hello @chaeidras,

Please try to update the theme to the latest version 2.1.0, and check.

If not resolved, please create a new thread.
