Bug in plug-in update will not allow me to access wordpress editor

I updated the slimstat plugin on my last login and now cannot access the https://www.websitename/wp-admin site to edit the blog. Below is the message received. I’m have no experience with code and have no idea how to fix this.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function WP_Filesystem() in /home/brieyl/eastbysoutheast.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/browscap/browser.php on line 97
