Bug in Plugin

Hi,
I have installed it on my site and am using 2 payment methods
1. Online Payment (through a payment gateway with no additional charge)
2. Cash on Delivery (an additional amount is charged in this case)If the client proceeds with Online Payment but does not make the payment instead comes back to my site and proceeds with Cash on Delivery, the plugin does not add additional charge.
