Bug in scheduled Price

Hi, i used pricing rules for member discount in my client e commerce, the problem is if this pricing rules on. When i set the schedule discount for next day or week, it will make the price get discount at the cart even though it’s not the time yet.
Example:

On 16/8/2020, I set sale price for a single product:

Regular price: 100
Sale price: 50
Schedule: from 19/8 to 20/8

Today, 17/8/2020, When i put the product it will show the normal price not the discount price.

Expected result: ?$100
Actual result(on cart): ?$50

Already Update all my plugin but it’s not fixed anything.
