Bug in Target Blank

There is a bug in the plugin code where

$comment_html_format is forcibly set to have target=_blank

This makes the code always ignore the target_blank setting.

Please change it to something like this:

 <span class="dsq-widget-comment">%8$s</span>
 <p class="dsq-widget-meta"><a href="%5$s">%6$s</a>&nbsp;·&nbsp;

 </p>';
