Bug in the Hits page

if your bug is in admin.php?page=wps_top-visitors_page page.this page is fixed in new version.please updated plugin to last version.
if your bug is another page, please tell me url of page ?

its the Hits page – admin.php?page=wps_hits_page
version is 12.6.3
i also tried to set 02.04.2019 to 03.04.2019, but it forced the dates to 4th of february(04.02.2019) to 4th of march(04.03.2019)

what is your Date an time Format + Timezone in WordPress Admin General Options ?
