Bug in the switch mailbox field

    We have two mailboxes in HelpScout. They both show in the dropdown and I’m able to select the second mailbox. On save, the field reverts to the first mailbox. Nothing changes on the front end. Still connected to, and displaying tickets from the wrong mailbox.
    Hosting with WP Engine
    Replicated the issue in Chrome and Firefox.
    I’m on Mac OSX Mojave.

    we have fixed this issue and will push this to wordpress very Soon

    Select desired mailbox and save it.
    every time you save settings, you will have to select correct mailbox.
