Bug in Topics

    Hello! Your pluguin is wonderful and meets my project perfectly, however a bug that I can not solve is driving me crazy, when posting a new topic in the forum, it appears normally, including in the homepage of the forums appear the indicative numbers of topics that each forum , but when we access the forums properly said, the topics do not appear, to the bottom of this comes a message saying that there are no topics in this forum yet. How do I solve this?

    Hello @wagnerlemos

    This could be a caching-problem or an incompatibility with another WordPress extension. Can you deactivate other extensions for a short time for testing purposes to figure out if this is the case?

    I deactivated all the plugins to test and it did not solve …

    Can you make your forum public (for non-logged-in users) so I can have a look?

    I just left the forum free to everyone.

    Now it tells me that there are no categories yet. can you check in the structure-administration if they accessible for everyone?

    Yes they are accessible to everyone and the error continues.
    If I post a new topic in a forum, it immediately appears, but when I leave this page and return to the forum it does not appear anymore, the forum says that it does not have threads yet, but if I copy the generated thread link as soon as send the same and paste in the browser and try to access there the topic appears normally.

    I dont really know the reason for this. The content gets definitely created and its stored into the database – otherwise you could not access it via the link directly. In the forum overview the content of the database should be displayed. Content is definitely there but its not shown, so it can be only some configuration-problem (caused by plugins or by your webserver/hosting-provider/database). Its definitely not a plugin-bug because its working fine everywhere else (including in my support-forum).

    Another question which just came into my mind: Do you use shortcode-parameters or the default [forum]-shortcode?
