    Stats reports don’ts show up normally.

    Please advise how to get the previous version thank you

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch about this. I’m sorry for the error.

    This could only happen if the plugin was somehow running code from the previous version, so I think there must be a caching error. Could you try doing a hard refresh in your browser and also try emptying any caches that may be affecting the WP admin dashboard?

    If this doesn’t work, try deleting and re-installing the plugin to ensure that nothing went wrong during the update process.

    Well I found a 2.4.3 version, reinstalled it, and now get the same bug ! Great ??

    Thanks for the reply, does UNinstall the extension delete the stat tables in the SQL base ?

    Well ok, fixed by deleting the opcache files. Sorry for not having tried before, I just wiped the WP cache but didn’t think about the OPC. Thank you for telling me ??

    Deleting the plugin won’t delete the stats, so you can re-install it and still have all of your data.

    If that somehow doesn’t work, try manually deleting this folder: wp-content/plugins/independent-analytics/temp/template-cache/
