    You may include a link to this forum thread if you want to provide that context in your ticket, and we will be able to help you further there. Be sure to include your System Status report with your ticket so the team can view your PHP version to help evaluate the issue.

    I have registered here because I do not have the possibility to enter a message on the portal. It is not even possible to edit the account settings there. I manage a lot of customer sites, including some with WooCommerce. Therefore, I need a way to report errors.

    Please forward the detected error internally to the developers. My message should help to correct errors.

    I appreciate that you want to report and help us fix the problem.

    This forum is strictly to discuss core WooCommerce features and discussing other paid extensions is prohibited by the forum regulations. Even if we wanted to learn more about the problem to share with our developers we are unable to do that in this forum.

    Since you are using a paid extension, I believe you already have a WooCommerce.com account, please contact support through?WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support and share all the details that will allow us to reproduce the bug.
