Bug: Inactive themes count default and active separately even when the same

    On a dev site, I have eight themes installed (the eight Twenty* themes) with Twenty Seventeen being the active theme. On the Site Status tab, in the Theme Versions row, the plugin reports the following:

    – Your site has 8 installed themes, and they are all up to date.
    – Your site has 6 inactive themes, other than twentyseventeen, the default WordPress theme, and Twenty Seventeen, your active theme. It is recommended to remove any unused themes to enhance your sites security

    Expected: the plugin should report -7- inactive themes as the default theme is the active theme.

    Good catch! It seems we’ve not done comparisons for the default theme. It seems be a simple fix, I’ll add it to our next release.
