Bug: Include private items in menu – Not for existing pages! Only later changes.

    This is how I tested:

    Environment:

    • WordPress 6.2.1
    • Nested Pages 3.2.3
    • During testing I disabled server side Page Caching (using W3 Total Cache). This means in the .htaccess the part which served cached pages from disk, is entirely gone. Everything goes through index.php
    • Additionally I also disabled PHP OPCache during testing, to rule out everything else.
