That’s not an ERROR. That’s a WARNING and I can’t see that here.

So please try to replace the line 60 by:
foreach ((array) $options['plugins'] as $each_plugin) {

No. But your site has. It’s probably checking for updates.

Since no one else reported this issue, it’s very possible it only happens on your site. I recommend you to deactivate your plugins and check if the problem continues. You could start with this one:
– stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates

You may probably reproduce the issue every time you check for updates.

Yes, you might be right about the update. They go automatically so I don’t always know when a plugin has been updated.

Still keeping an eye on it.
