If I use an invalid e-mail during new customer checkout I get the generic error message, checking the log I see: provided value for email_address is invalid.

But correcting the e-mail address doesn’t change anything if “Securely Save to Account” is checked on first and next attempts, including the logs, it gets stuck in the first e-mail.

The only way to correct this is unchecking “Securely Save to Account” and not saving the credit card data.

    Using sandbox mode.

  • Hi there @melatti,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I cannot replicate the issue you described and can place an order successfully after correcting the billing email address with “Securely Save to Account” enabled.

Can you please provide me with a step-by-step description of what to do, maybe I’m missing something in my replication.

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, share it via a pastebin.com link here.

    Cheers!
